Shipping Locations

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day (orders must be placed before 12 PM (MST)).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your chosen delivery method. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $75.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • You may return products within 30 days of the receipt of order for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products purchased on sale or as part of promotional offers.\
  • Gift cards.
  • Opened products are eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Order number.
  • Reason for the return.
  • Photos of the product, if applicable.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued for:

  • Returned items that meet the eligibility criteria.
  • Orders canceled before shipment.
  • Products that arrive damaged or defective (with sufficient proof provided).

Refund Process

    • Reason for return
    • Whether the product is opened or unopened
  2. Our team will issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which must be included with your return.
  3. Carefully package your item(s), including:
    • The product(s)
    • A copy of your invoice or order confirmation
    • The provided RMA number
  4. Ship the return to the following address:

  5. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Returns without an RMA may be delayed or refused.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our policy criteria.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Canceled Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to the return process outlined above.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
